| PB | Fines calculation does not operate
correctly (ignores decimal positions). Fine rate placed only on the last (decimal)
position seems to be ignored because it has no effect for calculation. It means that fine
rates from 00000 to 00009 do not have any influence on fines computation. Other fine rates
(for example 00111) use for computing only first four digits. It means that for example
fine rates from interval 00111 to 00119 work in the same way as 00110. We have changed recently the last line of subtable 16 to allow charging of all items returned late, which are not explicitly defined and for which OVER command has been used to allow documents to be checked out: 16 NKC C/00 B/00 + 00000000 1900 00010 But from that time fine 00010 (i.e. 1) is charged also for every late-returned loan with fine rate explicitly defined as 00000, 00001,....., 00009. |
