| SH | Consequences of translation of Y/N to local A/N in trans_single |
| PB | In trans_single we made the translation of the commands Y/N into Czech A/N. It causes problems in serial registration. On the screen SERIAL_ISSUE_ARRIVAL in the field "Dodáno" (Arrived) "A" is put by the system according to the parameter for automatic opening in the OPI record, but it is not possible to register the issue by the ENTER command without changing this "A" into "Y" and a message (like Arrival can be Y,N or X in Czech) appears. There are other screens in Aleph where "Y" and "A" are handled in different ways, eg. _CIR_B_UPDATE_2, where predefined "Y" for "newer" (relatively recently added lags) is not translated but for "older" is replaced by "A" in particular borrower record. In this case it is likely rather "cosmetic" issue. |
| ExL | 20.7.1998 přišlo doporučení z Izraele: |
| 1) For Serial Issue Arrival - translate in Util 56 ARRIVED. | |
| 2) For CIR_B_UPDATE - translate in Util 55 CIR_U_Y/NO. | |
